| As opponent attacks with a right overhead knife, half moon forward with your left foot
executing an overhead cross block with hands closed. |
Open your right hand guiding opponents right hand into groin, pulling left hand
into elbow position. |
With your left hand execute a thrust punch to the floating ribs, pulling right hand
into elbow position. |

| Execute a right hand palm heel strike to the ear, pulling left hand back to elbow position. |
Come to right flamingo and execute a right downward blade kick to the back of your opponent's knee, kiai. |
Cross and cover and come to a guard position. |

| As opponent attacks with a two hand grab from behind, step straight back with your right foot
so it is between opponent's legs. |
Leading with your elbow raise your right arm up and over your opponent's arms. As you settle into
a horse stance lock out your opponent's arms by bringing both your arms to elbow position. |
With your left hand execute a back two knuckle punch to the floating ribs, kiai. |

| Cross and cover and come to a guard position, facing between the two opponents. |
