| As opponent puches with a right roundhouse punch to the face, half moon forward
with your right foot and execute a right cross-body palm heel check block to opponent's inner right wrist. |
Immediately execute a left outward knife hand block to opponent's inner right wrist. |
As opponent punches with a left roundhouse punch to the face, draw back into a right
cat stance and simultaneously execute a right cross-body palm check block to opponent's outer left wrist. |

| Immediately execute a left outward knife hand block to opponent's outer left wrist. |
Slip your left hand down to grab opponent's hand and turn the palm up. The thumb of your
left hand should be on your left side. |
Grab opponent's left hand with your right hand. Your palm is to the back of opponent's
hand with the thumb of your right hand on your right side. Simultaneously assume a right twist stance while locking opponent's
wrist, keeping opponent's forearm vertical. |
